Required controls

- Funds not released on login credentials alone
- Final control verification after asset moves to buyer
- Signed IP assignment agreement where applicable
Important: Funds are not released based solely on receiving login credentials. Confirmed transfer of control — via registrar confirmation, DNS verification, or approved API — is required. For intellectual property, a signed assignment agreement is required where applicable. Social-media accounts are only supported where transfer is permitted under the applicable platform’s terms.
